1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PhotoRoads ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PhotoRoads is operated by an individual under the name PhotoRoads, United States.

2. Description of Service

PhotoRoads is a platform that allows photographers to create and share cinematic photo journey experiences called "Roads". The Service includes photo upload, storage, sequencing, and a public viewer.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoRoads.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to PhotoRoads. By uploading content, you grant PhotoRoads a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content. You must not upload content that:

  • Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Contains malware or malicious code.
  • Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights.

5. Free and Pro Plans

PhotoRoads offers a free plan with limits of 6 Roads and 500 photos, and a Pro plan at $12/month with unlimited Roads and up to 2000 photos. A 10-day free trial may be offered before billing starts. Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Payments and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PhotoRoads to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Spam or harass other users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

PhotoRoads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoRoads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
